SHIPPING INFORMATION
We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders submitted after 3PM will be processed on the following business day. If orders are placed over the weekend or on a holiday, they will be handled promptly on the next business day.
Our business days run from Monday to Friday, offering a swift 2-day delivery service provided by our logistics partners, Canada Post, with a direct signature needed upon receipt to guarantee the safety of your purchase.
For our international customers, orders are dispatched using Canada Post or UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery. These shipments may be liable to import customs duties and fees. As the recipient of the shipment, you will be the importer of record and therefore responsible for any and all duties and fees assigned to the goods upon entry into the destination country.
All items are subject to availability, and we ask for your patience as we diligently prepare your order for shipment. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be dispatched.
Upon shipment, each buyer will be provided with a confirmation email that includes the shipping tracking number, enabling you to monitor your order's journey until it reaches your doorstep.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
When ordering from outside the local region, customers should be aware that international shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by the country to which the items are being sent. The prices listed on our website do not include taxes. During the purchase process, applicable sales tax and customs duties (if any) will be computed based on the total value of the merchandise.
These fees, including any potential brokerage charges, are the recipient's responsibility to pay upon delivery. Our international packages are dispatched via Canada post/UPS and require a direct signature to ensure safe and secure delivery. Delivery time frames are estimated between 3-7 business days after the order has been produced and is ready for shipment.
Please be advised that all our items are final sale. For orders that are refused or remain unclaimed by the recipient, additional complications may arise, such as non-refundability. We strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office for more detailed information on duty charges and customs policies before placing an order.

ORDERING
The prices presented on our website are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes or shipping fees. We assert the right to adjust product prices at any time without advance notice. In the event of a discrepancy, such as the product being unavailable, mispriced, or described inaccurately, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Despite our best efforts, differences between our product photography and the actual item may sometimes be experienced, often attributable to uncontrollable factors such as lighting or variations in display monitors. Shipping Fees Overview
We aim to offer clear and straightforward shipping costs to our customers based on their location. Below are the details for shipping fees, which are determined by the province of the delivery address in Canada, as well as for orders shipped to the United States.
Shipping Within Canada
- Alberta (AB): A shipping fee of $16 applies to all orders delivered to destinations within Alberta, ensuring a fast and reliable service straight to your door.
- British Columbia (BC), Saskatchewan (SK), and Manitoba (MB): For customers residing in these provinces, the shipping cost is set at $18, reflecting the distance and logistical considerations.
- Other Provinces: For orders sent to Ontario (ON), Prince Edward Island (PEI), and Quebec (QC), our shipping rate is $20. This fee accommodates the additional transit requirements involved in delivering to these locations.
An additional $2.50 for a signature option.
All packages will be picked up at the nearest Canada Post otherwise the customer will be advised to direct it to their respective mailbox. Please note that once the item is forwarded to Canada Post, Tatel Shop Inc. is not liable for any loss.
We recommended purchasing insurance for your items, $3 liability coverage for every $100, and up to $150 maximum liability coverage worth $5000 purchase. Liability coverage will change depending on the actual cost at the Canada Post website.
Shipping to the United States
- All States: We extend our services across the border with a shipping fee of $20 for all orders to the United States, ensuring that our US customers also enjoy access to our products.

RETURN & REFUND
Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted within a 7-day period following receipt, with the following conditions:
- The item intended for return or exchange must be in unused condition and is in its original packaging with no signs of damage or alteration; and
- The item for return or exchange should be of the same or lower price compared to the new product being exchanged for.

All our items are nonrefundable. However, we do accept returns and exchange of items that are of the same price or lower.
GUARANTEE POLICY
We take pride in the authenticity of our products. As part of our commitment to quality, we guarantee that all items for sale are genuine. If, in any unlikely event, an item is proven to be counterfeit, we stand by our promise to issue a refund.
In the case that you, as the buyer, provide valid proof that the product purchased from our store is not authentic, we will honor a refund of 200% of the purchase price you paid. This policy is our assurance to you that we value integrity and authenticity above all.
To make a claim under this guarantee, we ask that the customer submits a formal assessment from a verified independent authority specializing in product authentication. Once we receive and verify the claim of inauthenticity, we will promptly process your refund.
